Complete spares kit for BS3800 includes everything needed for a top end rebuild, oil change, air filter replacement and new check valve. Compatible with many other compressor pumps just check measurements provided.

This kit includes: 

  • Upper cylinder gasket for BS3800 pump, BS0035. 86mm x 155mm.
  • Cylinder head gasket for BS3800 pump, BS0012. Fits to bottom of cylinder head to provide a seal in the compression chamber. 86mm x 155mm.
  • Copper valve plate gasket for BS3800 pump, BS0034. 86mm x 155mm.
  • Reed valves (4 included) for BS3800, BS0008. 9.92mm (W) x 44.41mm (L) x 0.26mm (thickness). Reed valves control the air flow inside the valve plates in order to allow air to flow in from atmosphere and compress to receiver.
